CESA Chelakkara: Thrissur, Kerala, India; The govt polytechnic college chelakkara(GPTC) started in the year 1997 with 3 departments, electronics,hardware maintenance and computer engineering department. The Department of Computer engineering was started in the year 1997, at the time of commencement of the Institution. It is the constant endeavour of the Department to foster excellence in all its activities and strive to make the knowledge of the students become an asset to build their career and contribute ultimately to the nation building. The association of the software department of GPTC found at the year of 2011 which was a milestone on our college history. It is our motto to enhance the capabilities and competence of our students to act as global professionals
